About
10K With A Cop stands alone as the largest kids and cops running program in the country, and we are forcasting amount of children impacted in the 2024/2025 school year to grow beyond 4000 kids.
Grades increase an average of 8% for kids in our program in 2023/2024

Kindergarten Cop
Building Connections Through Play and Learning
About
Police officers spend a week in kindergarten classes, engaging in activities like crisscross applesauce, finger painting, working on alphabets, and playing recess games—all while in full uniform. Last year, we successfully implemented this program in six schools, receiving overwhelmingly positive feedback. The impact was so significant that we now have a waitlist for future schools.

Recess Play Program
Beat the Ball: Police-Powered Playtime
About
This feeder program to 10K With A Cop sees officers setting up fun games at recess, such as cone races and baton relays, accompanied by upbeat music. We get 50-100 kids participating per recess each day. Teachers appreciate the program as their students return to class refreshed and energized.

10 Minutes to Win It
Game On: Cops and Teens Take the Field
About
Officers lead flag football and basketball games on campus during lunch. The goal is to win the game within 10 minutes before a new team steps up. Officers participate in uniform alongside the teens. This program, combined with our 10K With A Cop initiative, has made a dramatic difference in our target schools.
