Nomination Process

We aim to address the negative impact of dangerous living conditions and the lack of suitable spaces on the well-being and development of underprivileged children in inner-city communities. By creating safe, secure, comfortable, and personalized bedrooms, we strive to improve these children's overall quality of life.

Nomination Process

  • Those in transitional housing, Section 8, or who were recently homeless or recently returned from foster care

  • Children sleeping on the floor or unsuitable bedding

  • Children of single parents

  • Survivors of crime, trauma, and abuse

Who Can Submit

  • Local Law Enforcement/Social Workers

  • Parents/Coaches

  • Community Members

  • Teachers/Church/Mission

Vetting and Approval

  • The THRP Board and local law enforcement will vet all applicants.

  • We will notify families within 2 weeks if their child is selected for the program

  • Due to criteria and resourcee limitations, we can only accept some candidates.
